In the event of the loss or theft of your card, cancel it as a matter of urgency through Línia Total by Internet in the Cards/Lost card section. If you can't do that, report the loss or theft immediately by calling +34 93 479 99 14 from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Outside these hours report it to Servired by calling +34 902 19 21 00. |

branch first; if the issue cannot be clarified, you can then write to
